What if Osama bin Laden is captured - or surrenders....

What if we capture Osama bin Laden - or if he gives himself up - should we give him a "due process" trial in a U.S. court or should we try to have him tried before an international court?

Osama Bin Laden will never surrender or be captured. He has several lieutenants who would kill him before the "infidels" got near him. So you can try Osama's corpse in a court and then put it in jail that's great he can get raped in the cells and everyone can develop necrophelia. YOU WILL NEVER CATCH HIM, HE WILL DIE BEFORE BEING CAPTURED.

I think he should be shot on sight and the soldier that puts the first bullet in him should get a parade and a large monitary award.

I think that if we capture Osama bin Laden we should try him in an international courts that is not even on US soil. I think after they have tried and executed hhim then they should let us the public know. My reason for this is that holding in Laden would be a threat for everyone, as his followers may begin to commit heinous acts in response for his captue. We may find ourselves in situations where people may hold Americans hostage in return for the release of bin Laden. And there is no if's and but's about this as we have seen the capability of his followers on Sept.11.

he should be trialed before an international court because terrorism effects the whole world. the WTC is a place where many oversea businesses had offices.
