I attended two courses in Malaga, Andalucía. The name of the school that I highly recommend is "Al Andalucía".

I would like to join a course somewhere in Central/South America, any suggestions?

I did a quick research on the net and found a couple of schools in Montevideo. But I would not recommend it. Two of the schools I found turned out to be colsed meanwhile, three were identical. So there is only one left..That's were I am now.
