That's actually a crueler punishment than you know! There's a LOT of panhandlers in Downtown Cols.' main thoroughfares who are *not* shy about getting in your face to ask for money. These guys must have been laughed at the *entire* walk! (Not to mention that it is "extremely" windy downtown and they must have frozen their buns off walking around as their sentence required!)

The sentence given to Kaplow, live in the apartment building while fixing it, was actually a movie. I think it was called The Super.

Had that guy, Joe Pesci, as the star. funny movie. He fixed up the building too, even though his father told him not to.
