Compost

I'm trying to figure out where to put a compost pile and exactly what I want it to be. Where and what kind do you all have? I've read about different kinds, at the last place we lived, I didn't put a lot of effort into because we rented.

Cindy, I got real lucky and was able to buy cheap from my neighbor a used Compost Tumbler. I think they cost around $400 new. So, I'm looking forward to using that. Once years ago, Larry built some compost bins out of pallets (free) but that was a little hard for me to turn them daily. I have also heard of people making something like the Compost Tumbler out of old barrels if you should have access to one.

Cindy I have in the past just used chicken wire made in to a circle and left a opening at the bottom of it and as it done it stuff just took from the bottom and added new stuff to the top. Indiana country Friend Jack Bunyard
