According to Saudi newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat, the football association of Saudi-Arabia has a list of three candidates for the job of coach of the Saudi-Arabia national team. Their coaches of preference: Erik Gerets (former PSV) and... Leo Beenhakker!

Can you believe it?? *LOL*

Well, he can accept that job, for all I care. The man's a Rotterdammer, a self-proclaimed Feyenoord fan and he quit his jobs at Ajax and Feyenoord, leaving his board behind flabbergasted. I've never liked him and I will never like him.

Why wouldn't Beencounter talk about Chivu to Real? That move would help his old club,The F-word, do what the Rotterdammers couldn't do by themselves. Namely, screw Ajax.If I am off base with my jabs, who gives a damn!!I don't care a wit for Beencounter.I feel Ajax is successful despite him, not because of him. You can put an Ajax shirt on an F-word pig, but its still an F-word pig!!

It seems that Pim de Vos will not be the next chairman of Ajax. That guy Rudy wrote it in the N&W zone of AM. chech it out.

This (taken from VI Planet.nl) seems to be reliable info...

"Pim de Vos is the main candidate to become the new chairman of Ajax. The 52 year-old lawyer from Amsterdam is to become Michael van Praag's successor, according to Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad. Van Praag will resign in November.

After the last home game of the season, against FC Den Bosch on 28 April, the Ajax board will officially recommend De Vos to the Board Of Members. The 24 members will vote and come to a final judgement of De Vos.

Several candidates with a true Ajax background, such as former board member Uri Coronel and Ajax commissioner John de Mol, were not available for various reasons. Pim de Vos has no personal Ajax history, but is definitely not a newcomer in the world of football. As an attorney he is specialized in sports contracts. He is working for the Dutch Union Of Contract Players (VVCS)."

I don't know the guy, I have to admit. Never heard of him.

What the f*ck are you talking about? This is a thread about the Ajax board, in which your post is the very first... What are you referring to?

Anyway: probably a guy from Eindhoven. They already have a lot of problems with the Dutch language over there, let alone the English language.

You forgot the 1-3 lose against PSV Eindhoven!

Kezman 0-1 (PSV) Lucius 0-2 (PSV) Rommedahl 0-3 (PSV) Mido (penalty) 1-3 (Ajax)

I'm sorry I have to say this.
