I am working my research in Indonesia right now. My research is antecedent and consequences of cross functional team. My unit analysis is in public sector. The antecedents are physical proximity, superordinate goals, leadership style,rules and procedures, accesibility and knowledge. But, i have not found a measurement of knowledge as the antecedent of cross functional team. I hope you can give me an answers of my problems. Thank you
