Seven Layer Burritos

1) Start with about an inch of frozen hashbrowns (chunky) in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.

2) Then add a layer of chopped onion, pepper, celery, tomato, whatever.

3) Then a layer of shredded cheese.

4) Then a layer of el cheapo frozen burritos.

5) Then a can of chilli.

6) Then a can of Chef Boyardee pizza sauce.

7) Finally top with more cheese and chopped olives.

Bake 'til done (about an hour).

Sounds good to me.

You remember the old chili casserole? Chili, fritos, grated cheese, chopped onions if you're ambitious. Cook until cheese has melted and is bubbly. Take a Pepcid during meal, lol!

Yep--I remember that one. A lot of the food stands at farm auctions sell a "taco in a bag". Just open a bag of Fritos, add (to the bag) meat (or chili), onion, cheese, lettuce and salsa--eat with a spoon.

Very, very good when it's 10 below and they're only on the first hayrack.
