CHILDREN little feet, little hands gigantic dreams, and master plans Eyes so wide, young and bright telling lies, all dressed in white little feet, little prints little wants, great big hints hold me tight, tuck me in little kisses, mommy grin papa's lap, brothers nose. play with ponies, ride on toes teddy bears and soft small things love, joy , little blessings.

Only a Mom could write something like that. Good job. Trendle used to share poems once in awhile too.

Did you know a poetry catagory was added when you were playing hooky?

Jillian, the short strophes reminds me of how kids are jumping from one thing to another or, as Brazilians would say, popcorning all over. Just a note, the forum tends not to like single returns and puts them all in one paragraph. Poetry here pretty much has to go with html. If you're not accustomed to it, just put BR in between "<>" and it'll give you a line break. (I hope it shows up properly.) So it will look like this without the quotes: "
" Am I making sense?

Putting the code in quotes didn't keep the forum from reading it as a line return, so instead of the code showing up, it went to a new line. See, it works!
