Crop Circles Update

Below is a link to a web site about crop circles. The author is a scientist with a Ph.D. in physics. He notes that reports of crop circles dates back to the Middle Ages, and one British scientist attempted to explain them in 1677. Also, back then, the Devil was a favorite target for blame. Maybe the Devil still is, in some "circles" rather than God. I have a fundy friend who would say that.

I have a deep fascination with UFO stuff, which includes crop circles. Here are these circles appearing all over the globe, and have been for 100's of years, and only a few scientists and some nut cases (like me) are paying any real mind to it. Makes me wonder what it takes to get the attention of some folks. Jesus in the sky maybe, slugging it out with Satan?

Gordon-

Thanks for the link. You're not alone in your fascination. My pet idea is that that ancient standing stone circles are in some way related to the crop circles. An attempt to "immortalize" the temporary formations in vegetation. Possibly crop circles have been occurring for thousands of years.

Sam, you're welcome. From what I have read on other sites, the Stonehenge site was built to track the sun in a very exact way. Also, the reason it was built at that particular site is due to energy vortex concentrations there. England, as you know, has a lot interesting places that appear to be tied to energy vortexes. The extra amount of crop circles there is one such strange puzzle.

The more fascinating statements made about the construction of Stonehenge is that the massive rocks were moved into position using sound focusing techniques. Lest you think that is a nutty explanation, you can go to some web sites listed under Coral Castle, which is a place in Florida just below Miami. The builder of that site stated he moved the rocks using ancient secret technology. Some witnesses used to hear him "singing" to the rocks with his hands on them. Nobody today can explain any logical way he could have done it, but he did, all by himself, and it's now open to the public to see it.

When they needed to do a repair on the revolving stone gateway recently, they needed a massive crane to move that rock, which wasn't available at the time it was built. Nor did anyone ever see even a large scaffolding rig during the construction period.
