Lobo, Go to Yahoo and enter "wine recipe". A lot to choose from and I seem to remember a Muscadine wine recipe or two.....although I'm not sure exactly what that is.

Clean, de-stem and crush 5 gallons of muscodines. Devide equally in two clean 5 gallon buckets. To each bucket add 5 pounds of granulated sugar mixed into 1 gallon of hot water, 1 packet of red pasteur active wine yeast, 5 drops pectic enzyme, 1 yeast nutrient tablet, 1 lactose yeast energizer tablet, 1/2 tsp red tannin. Mix well and top off with water to about five inches from the top of the bucket (or you can blend in concord grape juice for a fuller bodied wine). Cover the buckets with a t shirt, cheesecloth or nylon fabric (cheap pantyhose work great) to keep out gnats and let it open ferment for eight to ten days. Then siphon of the wort into carboy water jugs and strain the lees also. leave at least five inches between the mix and the top of the jug in case it over works. Install an airlock on the jugs , put the jugs in a dark place at 60 to 70 degrees and let them thump for 30 to 60 days.

Go to the http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/index.asp, Not only will you find recipes, you'll find all sorts of pearls of wisdom regarding the making of wine. How and why, and enough information to make your head swim. It's the best home winemaking page out there.
