So, I never heard what you got my mamma for Christmas. What did she get you?

Hi Melinda, I think she was going away for a few days.

She got your mamma the cutest cow mugs with tea and a gingerbread dish towel etc. and a pin. I'd tell you what I got her, but she might read this before she gets it. Anyway, when I sent her her birthday present, it never arrived. Somebody sure enjoyed that homemade jelly but it wasn't Barb. This time I insured the present.

Hey, Melinda, hope you had a wonderful Christmas! I was thinking about you and your kids opening one gift each on Christmas eve! Your mom sent me the nicest book in spite of the fact that I told her not to get me anything. She knows I love books as much as she does and I will enjoy it I'm sure. I haven't been on-line lately. Been much too busy between my sick father-in-law and trying to get things done around here. We did have a wonderful Christmas. Hope everyone has a happy and healthy New Year and I hope Melissa, that you get your car this year!

Thanks Barb it is good to have you back. Sorry about your relative being sick. Mom is supposed to come get the two oldest this weekend to keep for a week. What a blessing since it will be so cold outside. We have been blessed the past couple of days in that a lady friend has been giving us a ride home. With all the toys the kid got, they only seem to want to play with one thing each. Hope you have a great new year. I have to work new year's eve but off New Years day. I am going to lay back and relax. Maybe buy some fruit and make smoothies with my new blender. Yum.
