We're an insurance company in Dallas, TX and we have recently implemented Self-Managed work Teams. I am searching for other companies in the surrounding areas (TX, OK, LA, AR,etc.) who have moved in this direction. I am interested in keeping in touch and exchanging ideas and problems. Preferably, I would love to be able to visit a company who has instilled SMWT or have someone visit our company. Any information you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.
