I represent a small labor organization located in Washington, D.C. We're interested in possibly contracting an effort to create a web-based database to be hosted on a webserver using MSSQL.

We have a high-level requirements document of needs that is available for those interested. This project will include controlled secured user access, logging of queries, Access import/export capabilities, etc.
