Brooder for trade, new in box

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I just came across a brand new brooder that I would like to trade.

It is new in the box, and does not appear to ever been used. The instructions and the accessories, which are still in the sealed plastic bags go with it. There are two filters also. It is a SBM Down going Heat brand. I believe the model is #2PNRF. This brooder runs off of LP Gas.

I would like to trade this, or will consider selling it, since I don't own chickens. I would like to think that this brooder will help another countrysider out. I am open to 'whathaveyou', but will say I LOVE tools, and would love to obtain some blacksmithing tools. I am open so please let me know. I am in Indiana.

Thanks!

My email is down, so I will check back here.

I do have chickens but don't need the brooder but am glad there is another person interested in blacksmithing. The Indiana Blacksmithing Assoc. is a great source of knowledge and good people which always leads to tools and good times. I just finished making a forge out of a 55 gallon barrell and a 3 foot piece of 3 inch pipe. It works okay and the air supply can either be a forge blower or a vacuum cleaner that will have an exhaust. I too am a Hoosier in the Bowling Green area. Good luck and feel free to drop me a line sometime. jhp

Vicki, The brooder is a hanging type. The entire brooder measures 10 inches or so long and 6 1/2 wide. It could be shipped UPS easily.

I live in Indiana also and would be interested in it possibly. I raise chickens of different breeds. What would you be asking for it?
