Hi, Have a problem with an Otis Gamma D . Elevator is on Phase 2 fire service and won't reset, I checked the main and aux fire sensors and hall switch. As a matter of fact I've jumped sensors and key switch hoping to find problem but no luck. when car is operated on phase 1 and put on floor other than recall floor and key in car is shut off car will not go to recall floor, also If power is shut off and then turned on (any floor) doors will close as if car is going to recall then they open and car stays at floor until operated on phase 1. Also have another problem which I think is causing the car not to reset, when the doors open at any floor or on any mode DO contactor stays pulled in and will not drop at all. Doors stay open under power even on fire service with DOL open. I've checked the open limit, wiring, open button, Lamda,wiring to controller,verified dol is open at RSEB1 BOARD, and wiring between RSEB1 and LCB boards. My last suspicion is either the RSEB or LCB board. If anybody has any suggestions before I start swapping boards I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks,

P.S. I believe that fire service cannot be reset until doors have reached DOL

Hi, you need a otis test tool to check the i/o's and parameters and the status of the inputs from the RSEB.

what level software do you have?plug in the service tool check installation parameters...good luck
