The Commodore turned into a "Floodthe floor" controller and other amusing computer screwups

Glad I'm gong to hang out with the band tonite, I need a breather. Tried turning the C64 into a seedling maintenance controller and it cycled wonderful while I was monitoring it . Last night, it pumped 40 gallons of hydroponic solution onto my greenhouse floor and burned out the pump. Then this morning I tried to install a high speed cdrom in a PC I'm building and had a system conflict like I had with the Phoenix, but this got worse. On spin up, the tray opened and the cd took off like the Chinese hitmans hat in Goldfinger. Never thought "duck" would be a descriptive wrd of PC construction. :>) On a positive note tough I did get my SFG trenched for better drainage and used the dirt to fill holes in the dog pen. Of course while I was filling hole # 3, my hound was redigging hole # 1. Should have known better than to try filling with her in the pen . I also turned the squares in the SFG in preperation for the wormcast. Guess I'll go get a cup of coffee and try to watch the sunrise
