Suppertime

Lookout chicken theighs, I am going to baste you with plane yogurt and dip you in a mix of crushed corn flakes and sprinkle you with poultry seasonings, then you are going to bake at 350 for 35 minutes in my cute little toaster oven. Mean time there will be a half cup of yellow rice getting all steamed up on the stove with a small can of peas jumping in at the last. A bit of prepared gravy with a dusting of black pepper, washed down with iced tea.

Hope it was good! We had pizza roll ups. Make home-made crust, layer sauce, cheese, peppers, pepperoni, and roll each half towards the middle and seal the ends up. Bake about 30 minutes. Usually on Friday, we have some kind of pizza thing!

Hey Mitch, where was the invite!? Your supper sounds yummy. Mine was a total flop tonight. I had cooked me a hamburger, and you know how they sometimes taste too beefy? Really strong so I tossed it out. Couldn't think of a thing I wanted, so It's now 10:00 and I'm eating a hot dog I cut up and fried in butter and onion rings! I might be up around 2:00 am this coming morning also!

Gary had a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and red beans, I had garlic pop corn and an orange. Canned chicken broth all day long, had enough dishes.

cornbread and soup - hambone with potato, carrot, celery, cabbage leaf, outside leaves of cauliflower, frozen corn, home-canned green beans with juice, and half a glass of leftover V-8.
