Krist, you sound a bit impatent. Try a realtor locating site such as realtor.com or what ever comes up in google. You can sit right there and search the country for what you are looking for.

I lived on 40 acres for 7yrs and only used about 2 acres!! It was nice to have all the wildness around, but I prefer people now. How many others like the isolation? I believe that it can really hinder you emotionally over time. I do like a community, and you have to live a bit closer, unless there is someone living on every parcel next to you.
