I have more than one, but the one that comes to mind is" Chicken breast marinated in Zesty Italian dressing cooked on our George Foreman grill, homemade French fried okra and homecanned peaches.

Just one? Well, it depends on what time of year it is. Winter, guess I would have to say homemade soup and homemade bread. Any kind of vegetarian soup and yes, meat-eaters, you can make a rich and delicious soup without meat. Last night I made vegetable soup with mushrooms, mixed wild greens, nettles, barley, garlic, carrots, beans, peas, potatoes, celery, corn and tomatoes. We had homemade whole wheat bread and no one had room for dessert!

When it's cold outside: Shepards Pie, filled with lots of extra veggies. When it's warm out: a nice salad made fresh from our garden and grilled chicken breast sliced on top, with a little of Hellmans "Italian" dressing sprinkled over it. Deliciously refreshing. But if you were to look at me...you could tell that I enjoy just about any supper! LOL. By the way Karen, ...when can we all come over for that saurekraut, ribs n' dumplings? sounds yummmy.

I like any supper that I don't have to cook!

I love to eat, but up very high on my list would have to be ham, green beans and new potatoes, corn on the cob and fresh sliced tomatoes, all right out of the garden. I could make myself really sick on too much of this stuff!

My son is sitting here reading withme and he says his fav. is my homemade pizza. We had meatloaf tonight, ummmm! I love pasta any way it comes. I agree with Nancy. Nothing beats a GOOD soup on a cold winter night, especially when it is accompanied by fresh bread.

This is a hard question! I love chicken fried venison steaks with wild morel mushroom gravy, fresh green beans, mashed tatoes and home made bisquits. Peach pie for dessert if there is room. Another would have to be smoked ribs, coleslaw, tatoe salad, corn on the cob, home made bread and strawberry shortcake. Gee, now I'm really full!

My family LOVES pancakes! We have them for supper at least once a week because its a favorite. They like them with "slabby" bacon-you know those end bacon pieces you can get thats almost more like ham than bacon. I like it too because its easy to fix!!!
