It is my opinion that the author of this question is either a total moron, a lender whose only aim is to discredit this site, or, a person with such a low level of personal insensitivity that it borders on being classic schizophrenia.

The question is so inappropriate for a site that has the declared aim of advising and helping mortgage shortfall victims that it is inconceivable that anybody could ever dream of ever asking it.

I’m recommending to the owner of the site that a clear warning statement is displayed upon entry that such offensive questions, and this is truly an offensive question because it is so inappropriate for this forum, will be deleted in future without reference to the author.

I think jason, has asked a valid question, if people are short of money he wants to help them so he'll buy their house at a knock down price, they can pay half their mortgage with the profit from the sale problem solved ..... good on ya jay !

These silly idiots are not worth responding to, although I do understand your anger. If you look at their postings dispassionately they're not up to any decent standard of intelligence are they?

Who knows - they could be silly clerical staff for one or more of lenders, or their solr's. If that is the case then all has been said and explained really.
