What's the best, newest, medicinal herb book? Does anyone know where I can get the newest Herbally Yours by Penny C. Royal?

This isn't a new book (it was published in 2000) but I've just started reading "Planting the Future: Saving Our Medicinal Herbs". It's put out by the United Plant Savers and all of the royalties are going toward more plants at their botanical sanctuary. There are chapters about which herbs are at-risk due to overharvesting, and how you can start a botanical sanctuary in your own back yard to help preserve the endangered plants. Then it has chapters on 33 different herbs, written by various experts such as Steven Foster and Richo Chech. Each chapter gives historical information, cultivation, harvesting, and what it's used for. I'm currently doing a herbalism correspondence course with Rosemary Gladstar and this book has been a big help with my homework.

I don't know where to find the Herbally Yours book but I'll look around a few herb book websites and see if I can find it.

Half.com has a 1991 paperback copy of Herbally Yours in Like New condition for $4.29 (includes shipping). Is there a newer edition than this?

The best practical, easy to understand herb book is by James Duke, "The Green Pharmacy", available at all bookstores in an inexpensive paperback and in libraries everywhere.
