Has anyone heard of Village Missions? They have churches in small rural communities.

Depends! If you mean the NATIVE organisation (Natives for Village Evangelism) then I can get my brother (who is involved) to get in touch with you. If not, no!

I think they started somewhere in Oregon and may have an office in the Maryland area. I heard about them years ago. They supply Pastors for small evangelical type churches that can't afford fulltime wages.

I was involved with a Village Missions church several years ago. They are associated with Stonecroft Ministries, which has their headquarters somewhere in the Eastern U.S. Village Missions' purpose is to establish evangelical churches in rural North America. They are active in Canada as well as the U.S. My experience with the Village Missions church was not positive, but the problem was with the local leadership more than the organization.
