Some of you may remember Calico Brenda from CS forum. I recieved a note from her yesterday regarding her 9 month old Grandson. Seems the baby is very ill and had to be airlifted to a large University hospital for treatment. Sounds to me from her description that he's got a nasty infection and is septic. (Blood Poisoning). They have placed a central IV line for antibiotics and her note this a.m. sounds as if he is improving some already.
