Scrambled egg or eggwhite seasoning.....

To keep scrambled eggs or scrambled eggwhites from tasting blah, mix the following and freeze in thin sheets in "snack size plastic bags". Break off amount desired, barely thaw in microwave, add to beaten eggs and scramble as usual. Season with salt and pepper if desired. For those who must omit salt this is an excellent way to flavor eggs, especially egg whites.

Green Bell Pepper Onion chunks Pimento pieces

Use food processor to chop pepper and onion to small particles, add pimento and process few pulses. Freeze in snack size plastic bags. Place snack bags on cookie sheet in layers until frozen then put into larger plastic bag or plastic container and put in freezer.
