I just tried another new recipe. Cranberry Salsa. It was o.k. but nothing I'd want everyday or very much at a time. So, I froze it in an ice cube tray. Now I can have a little dab whenever I want. I think it would go well with fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, also a traditional turkey meal, and also fried fish, and on biscuits or ice cream.

Cindy. I think thats a great idea for cranberries I have cranberry sauce about once a week I love cranberry condiments but my family doesnt so I usually end up throwing some out I will try freezing it next time..Ronda
