Make a back ache relief weight to help keep shoulders up and back while crafting or sewing.

Items needed: 1 ankle weight, fabric to make tube to cover ankle weight. wide elastic for shoulder straps. Stitch strap ends on top of or enclose in seam (two ends near center, other ends near edge of top side). Place about 6-8" elastic strap across shoulder blade area on the arm back of strap.

Put arms thru straps and let ankle weight hang down on back in a comfortable area (usually below shoulder blades or little lower). The weight is just enough to help support and keep shoulders up and back while leaning over crafting or sewing.
