This one (thought) really stretched my mind!!

" Albert Einstein once described his creative moments as “muscular?" There’s a consciousness we’re capable of that integrates our various dimensions. It’s joyful to be there because it feels like we’ve broken through constrictions which normally hold us back. This kind of spontaneous integration is not so out of the ordinary so much as it is not a part of ordinary conversation. It is underdiscussed and underinvestigated, invalidated as too soft or even ridiculed as nonsense. Although defined in psychology as “peak experience" and in physics as “flow;’ this integrated consciousness is rarely appreciated for the opportunity it offers, to lead us up and out of our universal morass. The spiritual life is a high-energy phenomenon in a very tired world. It’s outside the limits of the secular box that dominates our social dialogue. "

My friend that guided me in a rebirthing session had me read a quote from Marianne Williamson that Mandela used in his inaugural speech. She is so insightful!

Didn't they say that Albert Einstein was unteachable as a child and probably would have been put on Ridalin? Maybe he was having a food allergy reaction that made him seem spritial...

This was today's and did it every touch me!!! I think it is one of the neat things about us all here as we learn to expose ourselves to each other and love each other all the same.

"" The choice to follow love through to its completion is the choice to seek completion within ourselves. The point at which we shut down on others is the point at which we shut down on life. We heal as we heal others, and we heal others by extending our perceptions past their weaknesses. Until we have seen someone’s darkness, we don’t really know who that person is. Until we have forgiven someone’s darkness, we don’t really know what love is. Forgiving others is the only way to forgive ourselves, and forgiveness is our greatest need. Running away from someone else’s darkness is a way of running away from our own, in the false belief that in running we can escape. "
