I woke up this morning to a raging snowstorm; the wind had drifted it at least a foot in some places, and it snowed all morning. We slowly made our way to church; at first Jillian's family were the only other ones there. We greeted them warmly and commented on the weather (yesterday was warm and sunny). Jillian could not contain her excitement.

"Last night I prayed for snow!!"

"You PRAYED for this?!?"

"Well, it wouldn't be snow camp without snow!"

You see, our youth group is joining other church groups for snow camp in New York state, starting Wednesday. I'll have to admit, the snow IS pretty, and the kids WILL have a lot of fun:o)
