My strawberry plants have yellowish leaves, should be green

Maybe I shouldn"t ask this question here, Didn"t see a gardening catagory, But here goes any way, My new strawberry plants are putting on leaves, and they are yellowish, I know they must be lacking something but what, I have sandy, slighty acid soil, and put in compost and a little blood meal, help

Hi, can you check your soil temp? Cold soils hinder nutriant uptake, on a warm day feed some liquid fert. maybe all but one plant so you can tell that it helped, If your leaves are just starting it shouldn't be a big problem yet. Your soil sounds just about perfect for strawberries, just feed them good.

Hi Irene ... thanks for dropping in! Just a note to let you know that CS is now in the hands of Chuck and still going, but we're here, too. I didn't know if I was going to continue this if CS stayed around, but I plan to not only have this forum, but a website that supports this forum (instead of the other way around).
