I live in NE Indiana and am looking for a Lamancha for home milking, either a kid or adult. I already own Nubian/Saanens.

I have called around to a few places, but no one has any so far. Would be willing to travel in a 100 mile radius. I don't want to go much further than that, because the goat has to ride in the back of my Explorer.

Where exactly are you?? I am in SE Indiana. I have a doe in milk now & another due to kid in about a month. I also have a buck & 2 little bucklings. Would like to sell them all. I am trying to concentrate on my Nubians. I love the Lamanchas, but with baby #6 on the way, I really need to scale back. :-)

Hey I had to scale back due to baby number 6 she is now 8 mons, and I need a milking doe, Ii got badly cheated in a deal, and none of my does got bred. I've had goats for six years and I thought I'd just scrap all culls and start over now that I know more about what I'm doing. Anyhow I'm looking for Saneens, Nubians or a good cross. must be a good milker no small orifices (arthritis) I live in N.E. Indiana.
