newsletter as well as a forum

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Country Style Homesteading : One Thread

My heart sank when I read that Countryside forum was closing. I can't believe that we would be losing all the great friends and information, unfortunatly I don't know squat about computers and how forums even work. What I do know is printing (retired printer, living on a small homestead raisng small breed dogs). I still have most of my small press equiment in a small shop here at the house and do newsletters for our church. If anyone would like to do what we used to call a letterzine, I'd be happy to help.

Ooo, what kind of dogs Ken? I recently lost mine (16 yr Bichon) and was thinking of sneaking one by my husband,,I mean, mention it to my husband about maybe getting another puppy.

Hi Ken! Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you. Would you please contact me via email to discuss a monthly "letterzine" as you termed it. There's also a website for this forum ( http://cstylehomestead.tripod.com/ ) that's progressing nicely. If you give it a look-see, let me know what you think.

By the way, I don't know squat about printing, but I do know a little about computers and I'm learning about forums and websites. Together, the participants here can make this a great place to meet, share information, entertain, get to know one another and hopefully add laughter and sunshine to people's lives!

I look forward to hearing from you!
