Anyone looking for property? S.E. Ohio

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Country Families : One Thread

Here is a site that anyone who is looking for property might want to take a look at: equator.com, when you get to the home page click on the "search by U.S.A. map" feature, then click on your state (found in the menu in the left hand coulmn.

If you click on a property titled "Salem" (in Ohio), this will lead you to information on a property for sale in Meigs county. I think that this is the same county where Harmony lives, and contemplates tossing in her towel, or hanging drywall.

Next county west is Vinton county. There is a property there titled "Slim" (because it has a narrow road frontage).

There are lots of others too, but the two mentioned are my listings. I do own a (one man shop) real estate company in McArthur, OH. called, you guessed it ED COPP REALTY. It will be my pleasure to help if I can, for anyone who is looking for property.

Patty,

Here is another one that may interest you. Go to theequator.com (home page) click on the menu on the left side where it says "search" by USA map. Then click on Ohio. When the titles come up go down to the title FAIRVIEW, click on that. That property is on Fairview road (immagine that), in western Vinton county Harrison township. This is about 20 miles east of Chillicothe Ohio. Chillicothe is large enough to provide employment if needed, and we all seem to need something. Fairview road runs right through the middle of the tract, about north to south, and the village of Ray, OH is about one mile south of the property. Surrounding properties are not likely to be developed soon, mostly owned by Mead paper, and other investors with larger holdings.

If you need more info let me know, I will keep your e-mail for future communication...ED.
