Is it possible to shoot clearly a person's face from a distance of 150 metres in complete darkness? Lemme know if no. If yes then what are the complementary devices needed with the camera? Please suggest some brand name. Thanks in advance.

No. If it is "compleatly" dark there are no photons to strike the film. The distance is insignificant, what matters is the amount of light falling on the subject and if it is zero then you wont be able to make a photograph even with infared film.
