Using Paint Shop Pro on a 1Gig, 512Mb Ram, 30Mb HDD, etc. I find I cannot Copy an image file of, say, 9Mb and Paste it back. The PC freezes and only a restart will allow escape.

It appears the Clipboard will not accept this size of file but I have no trouble with smaller file sizes.

Can anyone please explain and, possibly, tell me how to overcome this apparent shortcoming of the Clipboard………….or my use of it!
