Ooooooooooooooooo!!!!! Spike is back on top again! It won't be too long before Spike is in top form - running like he was back in '90 or '91. Already there is talk... some say Spike was overheard to say a sub-42-minute WPDR bid was "in the bag"! I guess we'll find out if Spike can put his money where his mouth is.
What's with Fritz anyway? 45 penalty points! ARGH!

It'll be interesting to see how I recover. right now, I'm far from strong. I can't move quickly. But, I haven't given up. I got in a couple of good runs this weekend in Portland -- slow, but with some map reading and without any further injuries. If I can get in some decent training this summer, I hope to make the OK relay team. That's my goal.
