Of course beating the Makems is always good fun - but two other things provide some satisfaction. Leeds drew at home so we are now 11 points clear of the team in sixth position with 11 games still to play so they have to be better than 1 point a game over us to edge us out of a top 5 spot. (Villa in 7th position are 17 points adrift.)

The other thing, has to be worth a wee gloat, is that after Hoddle asserting that the Worthy Cup Winners should get an automatic UEFA Cup entry Spurs were beaten by Blackburn! Most amusing!

Although I would've liked to see Manure and Arsenal beaten, today especially was great. Spurs beaten, our win at Sunderland as well as Leeds ending their Champions League hopes.
