Smarter than cheese

Finding that cheese last longer by freezing I now place mine in the freezer but only after I cut it into rectangles accrost the wide flat side at the same width as it is thick. This allows me to shave off flakes from frozen cheese, in about the same size as corn flakes, which will crush well while still frozen. One half a cup will cover an 8 inch pizza after crushing into little pieces. No waste, no mold, small flakes melt well and the block last for weeks keeping this $3.00 per pound item available allways. The sharp flavors go farther when used spareingly.
