Cream Called 'Viagra For Women'

Cream Could Help Women With Sexual Dysfunction

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A new cream could help women overcome sexual dysfunction, Eyewitness News 5 reported Monday.

Femore, an over-the-counter drug, can help women who are having problems sexually because of cancer treatment, menopause, or other conditions.

Developed and manufactured in Oklahoma, Femore is flying off the shelves at the Women's Boutique at Northpark Mall, said Tracy Wills of the Women's Boutique.

"I like to describe it as Viagra for women -- that kind of gets the point across," Wills said. "Except that you don't take this. It's a topical preparation that you apply."

Users apply the cream a short time before experiencing intimacy. Femore lasts a couple of hours and can be reapplied.

Approximately 40 million American women experience some form of sexual disorder.
