starved colt update

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Countryside : One Thread

I'm feeling the slightest bit of relief...he has moved again (this makes two moves since late last night). This time he came right out of the barn and laid in a bed of hay on the snow. He continues to eat vigorously, as well. I know we're not out of the woods yet, but so far this is the best day we've had since he arrived on Tuesday. Thank you again for all your encouragement. I'll keep you posted.
