Crim Law Prof. Mark Anderson is a f a s t talker, but it's hard not to catch the importance of all those MPC v Common Law structures written on the board. Since delving into the world of homicide, the division between the two is apparent. I'm looking for a model (as in what to put on exam) answer that shows specifically how to write a homicide analysis run through both the MPC and the CL. Any help appreciated.
