How about some of your favorite desserts. Those using honey or on the "light" side would be greatly appreciated. I am in the mood for a great oatmeal cookie. I am going to have to go find a recipe and bake some.

My husband's favorite is angel food cake with ice cream (you can use fat-free) and sliced stawberries with a little sugar to make a syrup. I don't really have a recipe (I've only made angel food cake from a cookbook), but it would be an easy suggestion, since they freeze well and would be fat-free.
