Just a follow up note. Thanks, by the way for all the responses. I called the port of entry people in Utah and told them I was transporting two goats through the state and they told me that it was no problem and that I didn't even need to stop! Interesting. Made it to Oregon with no problems. The goats seem happy in their new home. Thanks again everyone!
