A good feeling

I just delivered a late magazine to the printer this afternoon. Left with a good feeling that one more issue was done. Reminds me that when we finish tasks and projects, we have a sense of satisfaction for a job well done.

This God-instilled concept certainly comes from He who always finishes what he starts and always accomplishes what he sets out to do. Jesus' dying words, spoken as victory and not defeat, were, "It is finished!"

As he said in one of his last prayers, "I glorified you on earth by finishing the work that you gave me to do" (John 17 v4, NRSV).

So that good feeling about one more magazine delivered to the printer begets another as I remember the Divine Accomplishment.

That is the bad thing about housework Randal, it is never finished!!! It is nice to complete a project though, that is for sure...

And next month, there's another magazine to edit and print! You get one done, and another's staring you in the face. But today, anyway, a bit of revelling in the last edition ready to go.
