Moringa tree

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Country Style Homesteading : One Thread

Hi, Anybody heard about this tree? Just received seeds today from ECHO. Eat the leaves like spinach-young pods like asparagus-grate the roots as horseradish. Reaches 9 to 15 feet in one growing season. First read about it when I was researching pig feed alternatives. OK, who has any experience with it? Am I wasting my time? Looks interesting and for $3.00 for 15 seeds, I figured what the hell. I'm planting them in my greenhouse after my nap. Sure would like some personal feedback on this. Thanks, Daryll
