Cooking can be an exact science, but experimentation is how things are invented. We have very specific recipes for Paella, but, Paella was most likely invented by the fisherman's wife who was looking at the this and that he brought home after selling the days catch, thinking "how can I feed all of us with this? Don't be afraid to try something new or invent a new dish. What is the worst that can happen? You have to order pizza!
