Ex wife obtained 2nd mortgage pt2

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

Just to muddy the water a little, the ex wife filled in a benefit claim,CSA claim and the 2nd mortgage application within 4 weeks of each other.I later appealled the CSA decision. The submission they provided contained wage slips and copies of her mortgage application (supplied by the ex).It seems that despite the applications were supported by wage slips covering the previous 3/6 month period, each body has received wage slips with different amounts of pay quoted! The benefit and CSA are both the same dates but different amounts, the ones supplied for the mortgage overlap the same dates but are for far higher amounts.Should I notify the lender or court(if we get that far)? As a footnote the CSA hearing was suspended mid hearing when I raised this point and I was sent home. However they did not provide a reason for this. Does this information help or hinder me?I have spoken to 2 solicitors but both declined to comment in this regard.

Are these your children???? Might be why the solicitor's declined to comment.

Sorry, that went straight over my head, and yes the child in question is mine. I have been backed into a corner as she uses the new mortgage as an excuse,(as have the lenders),but I feel I shouldn't be penalised for her actions.Comments please.
