does anyone know a calculation to find out how many pounds of feed a hog feeder will hold?

Answers

5 gallons of feed is about 40- 45 lbs, depending on type and moisture content. Why not dump it in, dump it out and weigh that amount?

Tim- Figure 40lbs/ft3. My 5 gal buckets hold about 30# of ground feed
