Quite a Quote

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."

Your going where ever the knowledge you have aquired takes you. No longer a student you are now a teacher and we, or at least I, can no longer be of any use to you.

I apolgize for my nostalgia, but I remember the girl that I met several years ago who had a thousand questions. Now the woman with all the answers ! You got it --now run with it. When will I know the time is right ? It was always your biggest question. Now that answer resides in your heart !

However, I recommend that you skip grabbing the urn filled with flaming coals on your way out---we have outgrown the ritual and the scars are easily identifiable !

I cannot believe that you posted this today, all morning while at work after seeing a picture of a Palestinian and Israeli mourning together,I was thinking about how the majority of them overthere probably just want to get together and have peace, and live their lifes.

Ah, such an apt quote! Perfect, or is it just like Nostradamus and Julius Caesar? How about a citation? I looked for some using google, and no one seems to have bothered to show a reference .
