Does anybody have an info on PC based programs that allow you to download stretching diagrams for use with clients?

Yes Laurie, a few years ago I purchased a CD-ROM by Torson Flexibility System called 'Trainer's flexibility' and has the notation'copy right free'. It has over 100 stretches that can be clipped out and pasted into word program, or viewed on the screen - where you can click onto the model who then performs the stretch with the stretched area turning yellow. Each stretch has details of the correct method of performing it together with cautions and precautions as well as variations. It also has a lot of anatomy on it. Torson were in South Australia but I think shifted - they were at www.torson.com.au and available on 1800 640 810
