Crafting Hint of the Day - Making Inexpensive Bookends/Magazine Holdersgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Cooking & Crafts : One Thread
Use empty cereal boxes. Fill with pebbles, beans or something to weight them, cover in fabric (use hot glue) to coordinate the room. You can cut the tops at a slant but will need to fit a cover cut from another empty box. Or leave off the cover and store magazines in them. The magazines should be heavy enough to act as a bookend. Very inexpensive and quick!
